Construction works for apartments Ibisco now full speed ahead...

At the start of construction of apartment complex Ibisco delays occured due to adjustments made to the layout and location on the site of the residenza Parco di Mileto. The Fasano council has a wrong time building plan approved.

Wim van Gelderen, Director of Parco di Mileto S.r.l explains: " immediately after filing for obtaining the building permit the technical team has made changes that had to do with the layout of the location of the gardens of the groundfloor apartments. These are not changes of structural nature but they are nevertheless important for our buyers! Of course the changes are approved and properly accounted for by construction and housing authority of the council of Fasano. Ultimately, this results in a delay of more than 4 weeks."

The management of Parco di Mileto S.r.l. decided in the coming period to the Italian construction industry holidays by working every Saturday in order to make up the lost time as much as possible. Immediately after the holiday season management will review whether the measure should remain still in force.

Wim van Gelderen: " It is our objective to respect the completion date of 2013 for all the works. Our employeees are highly motivated to do everything possible to ensure our deadlines in accordance the original planning."
