Villas Ginestra

Ginestra occupies a central location in the park. The sixteen individually designed detached and connected villas are set in an intimate, private setting in a stunning, spacious location. The Ginestra villas have been designed with great variety in terms of their architecture by Hanns Mommersteegh. Some follow a more classical pattern, others a more modern design with square or even round shapes. Characteristic accents refer unmistakeably to Puglian architecture past and present. The roomy designs guarantee privacy.

These villas were designed with an eye for detail and built with craftsmanship and traditional local building materials, in combination with Northern European materials and construction techniques. On the inside, the villas are surprisingly original and contemporary. The living spaces are spacious and functional and merge almost seamlessly with the outdoor areas, featuring a spacious veranda or patio. Most of the villas and connected villas have two or more bedrooms with built-in cupboards and one or two bathrooms with luxury sanitary fittings.
